When did you start Crossfit?

July 2014 What's your favorite part about CrossFit?

My favorite thing about CrossFit...

The people, the variety of workouts, the hard work, the inspiration.  I feel truly blessed to meet and become friends with some amazing people that encourage and motivate me every step of the way. 

Favorite workout and/or movement/exercise/lift?

I really don't have a favorite workout, just have a go with whatever is on the board.  I do like Olympic lifting, probably because it is very new to me.  

How has CrossFit helped/affected your life outside the gym? 

CrossFit has definitely improved my flexibility...I actually stretch now after I work out!-CrossFit, specifically, has helped me show my kids that you give it what you have.  You will not always be the best, but showing up the next day and striving to do better than the day before is what counts.  CrossFit is a lot of hard work...blood, sweat, and tears...but it is something you earn for yourself. 

What is your proudest CF related accomplishment?

I keep coming back in and trying again...and again...and again!!!!! 

What are your future CF related goals?

Wow!  That's a LONG list!!!  Get stronger, pull-ups would be nice!

If you were to say something to someone new joining what advise would you give?

Let the people around you motivate and inspire you, but walk through the door and do the work for yourself.  It truly is like family...they will push you, but never doubt you!!!

Freestyle section: anything else you want to add? 

I love that CrossFit is hard work, but that we have fun doing it!!!!!
