Open Gym

Open Gym Sundays 9am-11am and Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:30pm - 5:30pm, is a time where athletes can train on their own with the supervision of a coach. Come in and lift, make a WOD up from the week, work on skills or get some mobility. Have a busy schedule during the week? Now we have an extra day for those busy people or for those of you who want extra credit.
