When did you start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit with the Babes and Barbell Class in January 2015 when my daughter was 6 weeks old.
What are your hobbies outside of CrossFit?
I hike, swim, and travel with my family as much as I can.
What's your favorite part about CrossFit?
I love everyting about CrossFit! The energy and expertise of the coaches just sets you up for success.
Favorite workout and/or movement/exercise/lift?
Bench press has to be my fave. It has always been a strong point fo mine and make me feel super buff.
How has CrossFit helped/positively affected your life outside the gym?
I love the strength and energy that I have to run around and play with my daughter. I also sleep like a rock, always have a boost to my mood after every workout, and I get to eat a lot more food.
What is your proudest CF related accomplishment?
Ooh, that would have to be getting my first rope climb and handstand. Those were two movements that I could never do as a kid so achieveing them later in life was pretty killer.
What are your future CF related goals?
I want to be a double under master! Right now, I am up to 8 consecutive reps so I have my work cut out for me.
If you were to say something to a new joining member, what advice would you give?
Never be intimidated! Every workout is hard no matter how fit you may be. That is the fun of it.

Thank you to Brooke for making the class so awesome! It is definitely the highlight of my week and I appreciate you and all of the hard work that you have dedicated to our class.
