What are your hobbies out side of CrossFit?
Running, photography, hiking and camping. I love to travel
When did you start Crossfit?
I started Crossfit about 3 years ago.
What's your favorite part about CrossFit?
The wonderful community of people that I get to workout with everyday. I like the constant changing variety of workouts. Having people push me to my limits and beyond. I have made such great friends because of crossfit.
Favorite workout and/or movement/exercise/lift?
I love workouts that include body weight movements like pullups and pushups. Anything with pullups! My favorite lift is the back squat.
How has CrossFit helped/affected your life outside the gym?
It has made me so much more confident. My running has improved. I’m eating so much healthier and I am in the best shape of my life.
What is your proudest CF related accomplishment?
My first muscle up! One day I spent about 20-30 minutes trying over and over again to get a muscle up. When I finally got it I remember screaming out load from the top of the rings.
What are your future CF related goals?
Strict bar muscle up, 450lb deadlift, 300 FS, 385 BS and the biggest would be a bodyweight snatch!
