When did you start Crossfit?
What's your favorite part about CrossFit?
I like the people that I get to work out with and our trainers.
Favorite workout and/or movement/exercise/lift?
Deadlifts, I like to see a lot of weights on my bar.
How has CrossFit helped/affected your life outside the gym?
The days I work out are always great days, since I've already accomplished so much before others have even woken up.
What is your proudest CF related accomplishment?
Pulling myself up once on an unknotted rope. I now know I'll be able to climb the whole rope someday.
What are your future CF related goals?
To keep getting stronger, be able to Rx everything, and be able to do burpees the right way.
If you were to say something to someone new joining what advise would you give?
The people here are so supportive no matter where you're at that day!
