Brooke Crowder (Assistant Manager)

Brooke has been involved with a variety of sports all of her life. In high school, she was recognized at the all-state level in Nevada for being the most outstanding woman's basketball player her senior year. She attended Utah State where they didn’t have a woman’s basketball program but then she transferred to the University of Utah where she made the women’s basketball team as a junior. She graduated from the U of U with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.
In 2010, Brooke found CrossFit at a box called Razors Edge CrossFit in Pensacola, FL while her husband was in flight school. It was love at the first Olympic lift. She and her husband, Bart, have built a home gym in their garage in each home that they have lived in during their last twelve years of marriage and constant moving with the Navy.
After moving to Anacortes and completing their family of four children, Brooke felt it was time to refocus her attention on what she believed was also important: personal health and functional fitness. As the kids have gotten older, Brooke felt she had more time to give to herself and others. She completed her training for CrossFit Level l in November of 2015.
