Today starts the new schedule of trainers. Everyone is on a different shift now, if you don't know someone make sure you say HI!! Introduce yourself to someone new. 

STRENGTH:

Max Effort Chin over the bar Hold x 5 (in Hollow Hold Position)

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 burpees
20 wall-ball shots, 20/14
