Saturday July 11th at 12 come join us for a Stand up Paddle Board (SUP) WOD. We will enjoy the sun and have fun paddling around, bring the family. Brings some snacks in case they get hungry, and Possible some sunscreen. At 1pm on Saturday July 11th after the paddle WOD Get bed and flexible with some Paddle Board Yoga!
