Reminder: WODs start at 5:30 (MWF), 6:00 (T/Th), 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 am & 4:00, 5:15, 6:15, 7:15pm (except Fridays - Yoga at 7:15 instead of a WOD). These times are when you should be at the white board ready for instruction and to start warm up as group. If you're there early, good for you! Work on mobility, double unders, get hydrated, etc. until class is ready to start. 

STRENGTH:

1a) 2x5 Pressing Snatch Balance (light/warm up weight)

1b) 2x5 Tall Snatch (light/warm up weight)

2) 3x2 Hang Snatch (Start above knee. Work up to heavy double.)

WOD: AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

20 Hand Release Push Ups

40 Air Squats w/ 1 count pause at bottom

60 Walking Lunges

80 Double Unders
