2b. Scap Jacks (T's,Y's,W's with the VooDoo Floss bands)
20-15-10-5 GHD situps (Make sure to keep your core tight, there should be no arching in your lower back. Use weighted sit-ups or reg. sit-ups as another option)
5-10-15-20 air squats (hands together out in front OH position)
