ANNOUNCEMENT:

Today at 11am there is a Yoga Class come and work on those tight areas. 

We will be closed Friday evening 4-8:15pm. We will be open the morning 5:30-11am. Closed Saturday as well to celebrate 4th of July.

STRENGTH:

3 mins on each, Foot Work with LaCross Balls 

3 rounds of Max effort Tricep pull downs.

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 Snatches 140/105

20 broad jumps, 8ft/6ft
