ANNOUNCEMENT:

101 Class today at 8 am and 7:15pm. If you know someone who has been wanting to try CrossFit out but hasn't come in, send them this way! We would love to coach them just as we do you! Thank you everyone you guys have been nothing but amazing, and we look forward to you coming in! 

STRENGTH:

3x10 Glute Bridge with weight  

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 body-weight bench presses (or 75% of 5 rep Max)
20 toes-to-bars
30 hip extensions
