ANNOUNCEMENT:

New Yoga Class Tuesday's at 11am, bring your mat, a friend and your namaste'. You will get stretchy and become more aware of where your body is in space.

STRENGTH:

Bottom of Squat for 10 Mins

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
10 handstand push-ups
20 hip extensions
