ANNOUNCEMENT: As forewarned, starting Monday June 2, classes/WODs will have a hard start time. Class times are listed below and indicate the time you should be standing at the white board ready for instruction/explanation of the warm up/strength or skill and WOD. This more structured format is all part of an effort to improve the quality of instruction for our members and help make the most of your time in the gym. 

Mornings on Mon, Wed & Fri: 5:30, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00 & 10:00; Tue/Thur: 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00 & 10:00.

Afternoon Mon-Fri: 4:00, 5:15, 6:15, 7:15
