CrossFit Kids Class will be canceled Thursday May 28th and Saturday May 30th. 

STRENGTH:

Back squat 10-5-3-1-1-1-3-5-10 reps 

WOD:

1 minute of pull-ups (scale: Bar Pull-Ups with negative, Jumping Pull-Up with Negative, Blue or Red Band Only)
1 minute of rowing
1 minute of pull-ups
2 minutes of rowing
1 minute of pull-ups
3 minutes of rowing
1 minute of pull-ups
