STRENGTH:

Add 5 #'s from your last Power Clean; 3x5 (touch and goes)

3x M.E. Strict Chin Ups (Reverse Grip) 

WOD:

9 Min Amrap

15 T2B

10 DeadLift 115/75

5 Snatch 115/75 

then 6 mins to Max your Clean and Jerk 

Time ending at 15:00
