ANNOUNCEMENT:

Super Slow - Back Squat / Bench Press

WOD:

2 pr. Team 

12min Amrap 
200m Barbell Carry (Rx 135/95, FB 155/105) 
8 Push Press (Rx 135/95, FB 155/105)
8 Alt. Box Step Ups (24/20 - Rx 135/95, FB 155/105)

*Penalty is 30 Burpees Per Person every time the bar touches the ground Burpees are done at the end of the WOD time included.
