30 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Pull-ups
30 KB Swings (1.5/1 Pood)
30 Front Squats (115/80#)
30 T2B
30 Push Press (115/80#)
30 Deadlifts (115/80#)
30 Wallballs (20/14#)
30 Burpees
30 Double-unders

Fit Over 55:
STRENGTH: Overhead Squat 10 Sec down and up. Work stabilization 
WOD:15-20 mins 
For time:
15 Box Jumps
15 Jumping Pull-ups
15 KB Swings
15 Front Squats
15 Knee raise
15 Push Press DB
15 Deadlifts KB
15 Wallballs
15 Burpees
15 Jump Rope
