ANNOUNCEMENTS

Week one of the Open is done! If you would like to get a great workout in on Saturday but didn't sign up for the Open just come down to the Gym! 10-12AM 

*Please remember that we have a dedicated time for the Open workouts, ALL our staff is there to accommodate the judging. If you cannot make the Saturday workout, inform Sam so that your workout can be scheduled and has a judge. During the week M-F the priority goes to the regular class schedule.
