Happy birthday to Coach Laura Moriarity (one day early)! Laura single handedly designed our highly successful CrossFit Kids Spring Break Camp and Summer program. She's always willing to help and coach others at the gym, even during her own workouts, and does some amazing PR/marketing work for us. And if you've seen her in action with the Crossfit kids you'd agree she's well on her way to sainthood! Thanks for all you do and enjoy an awesome birthday cheat meal!
