THANKSGIVING DAY we will have one "Turkey Burn WOD" at 9am. FRIDAY we will be open 10am-1pm (classes start on the hour, last class starts at 12pm) so you'll have ample opportunity to come sweat all that gravy out of your systems  Regular hours resume on Saturday.

PROGRAMMING NOTE: Those of you may remember from last time doing Wendler, our percentages are NOT based off of your true 1RM. You calculate 90% of your 1RM to get your training max (TM), then you use your training max to calculate your percentages.

1) Press: 1x5@65%, 1x5@75%, 1xME@85% (rest 60-90 sec. between sets)

2a) Turkish Get Up: 3x5 (each arm)
