Couple things happening this weekend:
1. Ann's big going away WOD/Party. Lets show some Washington love and show her a good time. Saturday June 27th at 10am lets get a rowdy WOD going and then chow down on some great food. We will provide burgers if you come with a side of some sort. Beer chugs in the WOD I do believe so!
2. Sunday June 28th at 12pm SUP yoga. Come test your mobility and balance and enjoy the sun!
10 Bulgarian Squats
10 Glute bridges
10 Monster Walks
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
15-foot rope climbs, 2 ascents
10 ring dips
20 GHD sit-ups
