This SATURDAY July 26, 8:00am-noonish: CrossFit Anacortes will be (wo)manning a water station for the annual Anacortes Art Dash Run. We'll be giving away 2 CFA T shirts (clinically proven to add weight to your max lifts and improve your "Fran" time...ok, not really but they make your chest and abs look pretty sweet). Come out to help for a chance to win a shirt! At the very least, watch people running by and enjoy the fact that you're NOT running!

 

Strength: Deadlift - Calculate 90% of your new 1 RM to find your training max. Use your training max to calculate the following: 1x5@75%, 1x3@85%, 1xME@95%

 

WOD:

5 Deadlifts (225/155)
