ANNOUNCEMENT:

Kids Class tomorrow at 4:30pm. Know someone who's kids are already going crazy already and are ages k-6th? Bring them in on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:15pm for some learning, fun WODs, and games. 

STRENGTH:

 3 rnds

5 Strict handstand pushups (if thy are easy for you then go deficit)

10 Ring Rows Parallel to Floor

WOD:

 DT

5 rounds for time of:
155-lb. deadlifts, 12 reps
155-lb. hang power cleans, 9 reps
155-lb. push jerks, 6 reps
