Super slows-Squats, **Push-Ups **use a band if needed 

Stretch:
Thursday  

WOD:

8 RFT
20 Medicine Ball V-Twists,  20/14 lb ball for med ball v’s
1 minute lateral hop (4’ - one full rubber mat width).
Score is time / total number of lateral hops.
