ANNOUNCEMENT:
We will be ordering sweatshirts as we have enough to order. List will be on the board.
STRENGTH:
1) Make up the strength from MON or TUE if you missed it.
2) Skill Work: Work on your weaknesses and/or your goal you put on goal board if applicable. E.G. Double Unders, Muscle Up Progressions, Oly Lifting drills, etc.
WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
7 push presses, 135/95
10 overhead squats,135/95
15 GHD sit-ups
