WOD: 8 Min AMRAP

5 wall Climbs- Thighs, chest and nose must touch.

5 Muscle Ups- Newbies- 3 to 1 ratio Pull-ups and Dips. Seasoned- Muscle up Progressions or Jumping Muscle up with a negative. For those of you who can RX it, well RX it.
