STRENGTH: 

Squats
 3 sets 8 reps of heavy (find an 8 rep heavy then do three sets)

3x8 Front Squats

SKILL:
Gymnastics Strength 

5 Rounds:
5 Weighted Strict Ring Dip
5 Weighted Strict Pull up

WOD:

3 Rounds of Cindy

1 Round of DT- 12 Deadlift, 9 Hang pwr clean, 6 push jerk (155/115)- all unbroken

2 Rounds of Cindy

1 Round of DT

1 Round of Cindy

1 Round of DT
