ANNOUNCEMENT:

Sweatshirt Orders will be put in on May 21st this Thursday! There is a Catalog under the board make sure you look at it, write down what you would like. Side note it doesn't only have to be sweatshirts, it can be t-shirts, pants whatever you think looks Bomb!!

15 deficit push-ups, hands on 25-lb. plates
Run 400 meters
