Big Update on the Rowing Clinic: due to a family Emergency the rowing clinic must be postponed. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will let you know when Matt reschedules. In the mean time, Saturday as per normal!! 

STRENGTH:

Add 5 #'s from your last Power Clean; 3x5 (touch and goes)

3x M.E. Strict Chin Ups (Reverse Grip) 

WOD: 13.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 reps Shoulder to overhead, 115/75

10 reps Deadlift, 115/75

15 Box jumps, 24"/20"
