July 3rd we are open from 5:30-11am only. There will be no PM classes, No Yoga. HAPPY 4th OF JULY

STRENGTH:

Hip Opener

10 mins 30 sec on 30 sec off. Rope floor pulls never touching the floor when doing the pulls. Always go an inch above the floor. 

WOD:

3 800m Sprints rest as needed
