Strength: If you have not yet found your 1 RMs for Snatch, Back Squat, Clean & Jerk and Front Squat, do so. If you do not have not recently tested your 1 RM for Deadlift or Strict Press, do so. When we start our next strength cycle and you a) forgot b) didn't record them or c) didn't test your 1 RMs and don't have a legit excuse, you will get in big trouble with Ann (she can be scary). You've been warned.
Also, don't forget that TUE 18 NOV the dunk tank body fat test truck will be back! Sign up if you have not yet done so and don't forget to bring your swim suit, towel and a CLEAN body to do the test. If you were not here for the first test, you can still have your body fat percentage tested one time for $60.
