We are starting an 8 Week Olympic Lifting Cycle today so the strength portion of our workouts will take some time. Please arrive on time for class and be ready to get through the warm up quickly. 

STRENGTH: Snatch/Back Squat

1) 4x1 (four sets, one rep) Three-Position Snatch (floor, below knee, above knee) @ 60%, 65%, 70% of 1RM

2) Back Squat: 5x5 @ 70% of 1 RM
