ANNOUNCEMENT:

New Yoga Class on Tuesdays at 11am Starting June 23rd, 2015. Taught by our lovely SUP Yoga instructor Jennifer McFarland.

We still have Friday night Yoga at 7:15pm, Bring your own mat and some Namaste'.

STRENGTH:

3 x 5 Clean Pulls. Work up to working weight for WOD.

WOD:

"Hall"

5 rounds for time of:
3 cleans 225/185 or 90% of max (YES full Squat)
200-meter sprint
20 kettlebell snatches 53/35 (10 each arm)
Rest 2 minutes
