ANNOUNCEMENTS

               ATTENTION IMPORTANT

We will be CLOSED April 18th for Festivus! Come support your Fellow Athletes Ann, Dallas, Greg, Hannah, Jodi, Kate, Laura, and Stacy at CrossFit Skagit! We all will be there in our chairs, cheering them on.

FRIENDLY REMINDER:

Please remember to take your personal items, such as clothing and water bottles, home with you after your workout. Items left will eventually be donated. 

STRENGTH/SKILL:

1) Make up the strength from MON or TUE if you missed it.

2) Skill Work: Work on your weaknesses and/or your goal you put on goal board if applicable. E.G. Double Unders, Muscle Up Progressions, Oly Lifting drills, etc. 

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
25-meter handstand walk(scale:wall walks, palm lift, shoulder touches, 5 ft off the wall walk into the wall)
20 knees-to-elbows
15 hip extensions holding a 25-lb. plate(scale: no weight, back ext)
