Max effort singles (if you can no consistently do double unders)

WOD:

5 rounds for time of:
Row 25 calories
16 chest-to-bar pull-ups(Scale: Reg pull-ups, Bar pull-ups, Jumping pull-ups)
9 strict handstand push-ups(Scale: Negatives, Ab Mats, Box HSPU) 

 

Should be done in under 19 mins, scale accordingly
