SKILL/STRENGTH: Split Jerk

Beginner - learn foot position, practice footwork with no weight/bar.

Intermediate/Advanced - 15 min. to work up to a medium/heavy split jerk.

 

WOD: 7 rounds of the following Barbell Complex (135/95) for time: 

Complex = 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk (do this complex 3 times to = 1 round trying not to rest/drop the bar with in the complex)
