For the Month of May there are no sign up fees for the CrossFit Kids Class. Email, Call, or come into ask a trainer for details.

May 16, 2015 at 12pm, Doc. Bigge will be here to talk about the benefits of his practice on functional posture. How it helps with function and exercise, and answer any questions you have.

Then, 

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 muscle-ups (Scales: 3-1 ratio Pull-ups/Dips, Muscle Up progressions, Jumping Muscle-Ups, Muscle up Negatives)
10 reps cleans 155/105 (any type of Clean) (50-55% of max)
