ANNOUNCEMENT: Want to make the trainers do BURPEES?! We will begin collecting non-perishable food and toiletries for the Anacortes Salvation Army, just down the road from the gym. Trainers must do 5 burpees for every item you donated! We will be collecting items from now until DEC 22.  

STRENGTH/SKILL: Make Up Front Squat and/or Press from MON/WED or Double Under Skill Work
