SKILL WORK: Jumping Rope/Double Unders

Double Unders 10-15 min to get as far as possible - 100 singles on 2 feet; 100 singles, alternate L/R each jump; 100 single leg jumps, alternate legs every 10 jumps, 100 double unders, triple under attempts

* keep head neutral (over the shoulders)

* feet together

* avoid piking legs/tucking feet

* move rope with wrists

* keep hands and arms close to sides

* try "shadow jumping" (both handles of rope in one hand and whip it, while you jump, as if you're doing DU to find the rhythm) if you have trouble getting double under 


WOD: EMOM for 12 min.
