BIG, FAT, IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Starting immediately (7 OCT) our first class of the day will be 5:30 am! This is a direct result of feedback we got from you, our valued, albeit evil members who want to steal 30 minutes of sleep from Coach Ann on T/Th ;-) Perhaps this will allow some of you currently doing 3x/week to bump it up to unlimited? So now M-F our am schedule will be: 5:30, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00 & 10:00. Afternoon classes are unchanged at this time. Spread the word!
