New to CrossFit and want to ease into it safely or just want to work on the fundamentals? CrossFit 101 is for you. Four classes going through the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit. We break it down from square one and dial in all the biggies: squats, presses, dead lifts, pull ups, cleans, and snatches. Classes are 8 am or 6 pm starting the first and third Tuesday of each month running for two weeks. Join the fun and get healthy!!

Are you a master?! If so, we've got a perfect class designed just for you. Come workout with other masters, get fit, get strong and have fun! M/W/F 9-10.
