CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns aka movements that you find in real life: pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

M-F 530-11am | M-F 3:30-7:30pm | T/Th Noon | Sat 10-12pm Sun 9-1pm

Teens M-F 
2:30-3:30pm | Pre-Teen M/W/F 4:30-5:15pm | Kids T/TH 4:30-5:15pm 
Fit Over 55 M/W/F 
11am-12pm
Babes & Barbells T/Th 
11am-12pm
Open Gym Sunday 9am-1pm

Bootcamp M/W/F 
6:30am or 6:30pm
