CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life - pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

New to CrossFit and want to ease into it safely or just want to work on the fundamentals? CrossFit 101 is for you. Four classes going through the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit. We break it down from square one and dial in all the biggies: squats, presses, dead lifts, pull ups, cleans, and snatches. Classes are 9 am or 6 pm starting the first and third Tuesday of each month running for two weeks. Join the fun and get healthy!!
